Return due to defect or nonconformity
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care service to request your Return Materials Authorization, together with any photographic evidence. You can do this by writing to email@example.com or filling out our contact form.
Customer Care will send you a confirmation email with shipping instructions and indications on how to change or request a refund for the purchased product.
